Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process of bagasse plates
The manufacturing process of bagasse plates is characterized by its safety, reliability, and eco-friendly nature. It's a non-toxic and chemical-free journey. Let's delve into the step-by-step process of creating sugarcane bagasse plates:
1. Screening:
The initial stage involves screening the bagasse after juice extraction. The residual sugarcane undergoes cooking and crushing in preparation for subsequent processes.
2. Molding:
Following screening, the sugarcane pulp is diluted into molding equipment. The molding machine shapes wet embryos from the pulp, later transformed into dry pulp through vacuum dehydration.
3. Drying and Pressing:
Semi-wet embryos are poured into pressing molds for drying. The pressing machinery maintains high temperature and pressure. The dried sugarcane pulp is then transferred to pressing molds, creating various plate shapes and other products.
4. Smoothing:
At this juncture, the raw edges of finished products are trimmed by the staff to ensure a smooth final product surface. Raw and blunt edges are carefully cut for a polished appearance.
5. Final Inspection:
Before packing the plates for delivery, the quality assurance team conducts a meticulous inspection of the final products. Parameters such as resistivity, holding capacity, and durability are analyzed before packing. All products undergo sterilization and sanitization before packaging.
